A tour of the wonderful city of Cordoba, capital of Muslim Spain.

The old town of Cordoba is an extraordinary starting point for our visit. Around the Mosque, which we will visit, is a network of beautifully whitewashed houses, courtyards, narrow streets, and squares with a distinctly Cordoban flavor.

Inside the courtyards, the “jewels of Andalusia,” we will find the plants and flowers that make it world famous.

In the heart of the city is also the Jewish Quarter, whose beauty in the form of whitewashed facades, tiles, and latticework extends to the only existing synagogue in Córdoba. We will also stroll through the Calleja de las Flores and the Plazuela de las Flores, from where you can see the famous cathedral tower.

This part of Córdoba is dedicated to some of the city’s intellectual sons: Seneca, Maimonides, and Averroes, who have been immortalized in busts and statues located at key points throughout the city.
