Sevilla Eventours S. XXI S.L., founded in 2007 by Paloma de los Santos, is an official tour guide company certified by the Andalusian Regional Government (Junta de Andalucía) with a solid track record.
Since our beginnings, we have offered hundreds of guided tours in Seville, Granada, and other cities across Spain, building an extensive network of trusted collaborators specialized in quality tourism.
Our experience has allowed us to experience memorable moments, notably in 2010 when we managed the audioguide and visitor services at the Cuarto Real Alto (Upper Royal Quarters) of the Royal Alcazar of Seville—a testament to our deep knowledge of this iconic monument.
Various local and national associations have relied on our professional expertise to visit Seville’s most iconic monuments, including those less known to the general public.

Paloma de los Santos
Co-founder and Tour Guide
Paloma holds a degree in Art History from the University of Seville. During her studies, she spent a year in Italy, where she learned Italian and deepened her knowledge of Italian art.
In 2000, she obtained her official license as an Andalusian Tour Guide for Seville and its province, operating in English, Italian, and Spanish (ID License No. 936).
She later earned a PhD in the Artistic Heritage of Andalusia and its Ibero-American Projection from the University of Seville.
Throughout her professional career, Paloma has never stopped learning and participating in various projects and events: she has been in charge of the Christmas storytelling at the Royal Alcazar of Seville and has authored books about the Alcazar for both children and adults.
She has extensive experience in guided tours for individuals as well as groups, including prominent figures from the cultural, political, and film industries. She has worked with various public and private entities and is also the founder of the travel agency Es-Incoming.
Since 2009, she has been awarded annually the Recognition Badge for Commitment to Tourism Quality Improvement by the Spanish Tourism Quality System (SICTED) – Ministry of Industry, Tourism, and Commerce.
Nuria Rumbao Real
Booking Management and Partner
Nuria holds a degree in English Philology from the University of Seville. Following her university studies, she completed a Master’s degree in Business English through CEA and holds a B2 First Certificate. She has developed her passion for the English language, tourism, and travel through numerous stays in English-speaking countries since her teenage years.
Her professional experience has always been closely linked to the tourism sector and direct client relations for visitors in Seville. For 10 years, she worked in hotel administration and front-desk reservations.
In 2008, she joined Sevilleventours, where she is currently a partner. Her role at Sevilleventours focuses on organizing guided tour bookings as well as handling all administrative duties: payments, invoicing, assigning groups to guides, contracting, quotes, troubleshooting, and more. Nuria is also responsible for hiring the professional guides who make up our trusted network.
Her position demands a high level of responsibility, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Since joining Sevilleventours, Nuria has organized countless tours and thoroughly enjoys direct client contact, helping visitors discover our culture, history, and artistic monuments.
